There’s no more delicious moment than the first time you wrap your hands around someone’s body

Nothing better than the first time to truly feel someone else’s presence.

Like a fresh cut grass, my body is full of memories. When I’m working with clients and I notice that I’m starting to forget who they are, I remind myself what they stand for. I see them as a collection of little seeds that sprouted together, and now they’re beginning to bloom. They’re coming into their own, as a new life can be created from them. Seeds that are in the process of being transformed.

It takes a little effort to remember and use your body as a teaching tool. It takes a lot of work to remember and use your body as a teaching tool. And now it’s time to take the time to work with the bodies in your life. To use the bodies in your life as a learning tool. I can’t begin to tell you how helpful it feels to see those bodies that aren’t perfect. To see the imperfections in them, and to remind myself that they’re there to teach me and to remind me of all the things that are in my future. I remember that there is no such thing as perfection. We can always be better, and we have to remember that. You can be better, but you have to remember that it takes a little work to become that better. We have to take the time to work with our bodies while they’re still in our bodies. The only choice we have is to be good or be bad.

What you can do is learn how to recognize when you’re good and when you’re bad. Sometimes the good is obvious and sometimes the good is something you have to learn to recognize for yourself. The bad often doesn’t have an obvious cause. It could be something that is just a part of the body that is in an early stage of transformation. Sometimes it’s something that is just being used as the body’s training device, just like when we take the time to train our muscles to strengthen and become toned.
